Guarantee lowest price possible! We will match any Canadian retailer and try to match U.S. competitor's advertised price, for the identical merchandise offered. Send us an email at info@creativecoffee.ca with the details and website links and we will make you an amazing offer. You will get a response asap.

1. Please note: we do offer free shipping and free starter packages with coffee machines, so please keep that in mind when shopping around
2. Must be exact item from a website or retail store, Canada or U.S. and items must be in stock and with the same warranty plan.
3. Our guarantee is applicable to the same item's grand total including shipping, taxes, custom and brokerage fees.
4. Our Price match Guarantee is not applicable to out of stock, discontinued, outlet, refurbished or similar terms.
5. We will meet or beat competitor pricing if you find lower price within 30 days of your order. Excludes U.S. retailers, Boxing week, No Tax and discounted promotions.
6. Competitor must have a website listing their prices.
7. We reserve the right to determine which items, sales or websites qualifications as per above exceptions at our own discretion.

Important Note: If you are planning on purchasing a coffee machine or coffee grinder from a U.S. based company, unexpected extra charges (custom and brokerage fees) will apply to each coffee machine shipped to a Canadian address. More importantly, U.S. warranties will NOT be valid with any Canadian supplier. Also, you will need to return the machine to the U.S. for any warranty or repairs issues. Please remember all above additional costs will re-apply upon return of your machine back to Canada. The final price could surpass our CAD prices...just keep that in mind.
