How does our Free shipping policy work?
We offer Free shipping over $69.99, otherwise it’s only $9.95 within Canada (except Yukon, Nunavut and N.W Territories) with regular service with Canada Post and Fedex ground is available. We fully insure our shipments with Canada Post and FedEx.
We do ship daily to the USA
Free shipping over $69.99, otherwise it's only $9.95 within USA (except Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii ) where Fedex ground and USPS regular service is available. We fully insure our shipments.
What are the shipping options available?
We ship most packaged with Expedited Parcel Service with Canada Post and FedEx Ground depending your location. Overnight and 2 Day services are available.
How quickly will my order be shipped to me?
All orders will be shipped usually same day (orders recieved before 3pm ET) otherwise it get shipped next business day, unless otherwise specified.
Once my order is shipped, when should I expect to receive my order?

Currently we only ship to Canada and the United States.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your package has been sent, we will email you a tracking number. You an also find the tracking number in your Order History.
Can I receive a package to a different address then my billing address?
