This Eureka grinder is a single-dose coffee grinder that comes with a hopper and blowout, allowing you to ensure fresh coffee every time by adding only the precise quantity of beans required. It comes from the famous Italian brand Eureka which is aimed at manufacturing high-end, precise and stylish espresso grinders since 1920. Despite its compact size, the Eureka Zero grinder provides extraordinary performance, with its large 55 mm burrs and an exact micrometric adjustment system.
The Eureka Mignon Zero can grind between 1.2g and 1.8g per second when it comes to espresso and 1.9g to 2.5g per second for coarser brew methods like French press. High level of dose consistency with this grinder, you will not sacrifice functionality for speed.
The Eureka Mignon Zero grinder is equipped with 55mm flat burrs made of hardened stainless steel. This single dose grinder is also equipped with a 45g bean hopper that’s perfect for holding a single dose of coffee beans whether you’re brewing coffee or espresso.
