The NEW Quickmill Silvano Evo combines a compact combination of value and the latest PID technology for making the best espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes. Silvano has excellent temperature control with its PID controller and has a boiler for coffee and a thermoblock for steam, each with it own pump. The thermoblock and serpertine steam boiler allows for unlimited steam and hot water and can be turned off independently from the coffee boiler to conserve energy. The Silvano Evo is an entry level Espresso machine that can insure temp stability and consistent espresso shots without an extravagant price.

The Quick Mill Silvano is the culmination of a long collaboration between the internationally known Italian espresso machine manufacturer and their distributors.
