How does our Free shipping policy work?
We offer Free shipping over $79.99 (less discounts and promotions), otherwise it’s only $9.95 within Canada (except Yukon, Nunavut, Labrador and N.W Territories) with Canada Post and FedEx services.
We ship daily to the USA
There are a few specific brands we cannot ship to the USA, please send us an email for more information. Please note: we cannot sell coffee beans to you USA. Free shipping over $79.99 (less discounts and promotions, otherwise it's only $9.95 within USA (except Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii ) where Fedex ground and USPS regular service is available. We fully insure our shipments. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
What are the shipping options available?
We ship most packaged with Canada Post Expedited ground and FedEx ground Services, Overnight and 2 Day services are available. Valid where Canada Post and Fedex have regular service and a few exceptions may apply.
How quickly will my order be shipped to me?
All orders will be usaully shipped out the same day (orders received before 3pm ET) otherwise it get shipped next business day, unless otherwise specified.
Once my order is shipped, when should I expect to receive my order?
